"I rented a U-Haul trailer from this facility for a move across country. I showed up unprepared; my trailer hitch receiver had a Razorback hitch cover on locked in place. The lock had frozen up over time, and I could not get the key to tun. The guys at this facility spent a lot of time and worked hard to cut that hitch cover pin off. They were incredible! I was so thankful, and they wouldn't charge me a dime extra. I would highly recommend doing business here, I cannot speak highly enough about my whole experience. Thank you!!"
